Integrated home automation system

Ouman Plus is a new, easy-to-use home automation system which automatically reacts to different situations in
your home. Ouman Plus combines heating, ventilation, security systems and other building automation controls
and settings into one unit. The system conserves energy and provides a higher level of comfort and security.

Heating and ventilation as one unit
The heating system can consist of electric floor heating or radiator heating in addition to central water heating. Smart control integrates heating and ventilation into one energy-conserving unit. Heating control in your home occurs automatically according to what time of day or night it is, according to the weather conditions or whether you are home or the house is empty.

The system can be easily timed using weekly, 24 hour or clock programs as well as an exception calendar (yearly program) for different control functions.

A higher level of security
Ouman Plus also protects your home and the people who live in it from dangerous situations. For example, when the smoke detector goes off the system switches off the ventilation but when the carbon monoxide detector goes off the ventilation is switched on to a maximum level. The system closes the main water pipe if a leak detector goes off that is near, e.g., a washing machine or bypass manifold. In all types of alarm situations the system gives an alarm locally and also sends text messages to previously designated numbers.

Smart state controls
Use the key tag to indicate whether you are at home or away and state control changes accordingly. For example, when your home is empty the burglar alarm activates, selected lights go out, heating and ventilation output decreases, the main water valve closes, etc. -all at the same time! When you are going on a holiday or leaving for a longer length of time, select the user panel’s away state to turn down heating and ventilation and turn on other predetermined timed functions. Select the returning home control and your house will be warmed up and aired out when you get home!

Installation during the construction phase
During the construction phase, install the system’s central unit in the house’s utility room and connect it to other automation devices to create one unit. The system makes it possible for communication and smart control of different processes. A single interface and logic ensures reliability. Also possible expansion needs have been taken into account. Ouman Plus is ready-to-use.

Synchronized supply water controls
The Ouman Plus system includes room controllers with displays which are connected to the Modbus® making temperature control of individual rooms possible. Ouman Plus controls the supply water temperature of the entire heating system while smartly registering information coming from Ouman TCR-10 room units.

GSM remote control
Use a mobile phone to remotely control and monitor heating, ventilation, lighting and car heaters. Burglar alarm, smoke detector and water leak monitors send messages to preselected numbers and increases security. The system also gives an alarm in case of power failure.

Remote control is possible and alarms can be received via text messages with a GSM modem connected to the system.

Plus Tool design program
A basic philosophy of Ouman products is that they must be easy to use. The system’s design and configuration are considered to be especially important. For this reason, the easy-to-use Plus Tool design program has been developed to create home automation for the electrical design, a list of devices and their prices, and the necessary connection guide.

Selected electric devices is turned off when away.
